In June 2019, the Centenary Conference of the ILO adopted the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190), and its accompanying Recommendation (No. 206). The new standards recognize the right of everyone to a world of work free from violence and harassment and set out a clear and common framework to prevent and address violence and harassment, based on an inclusive, integrated and genderresponsive approach.
